Software SW- 500

Vital process data is captured and evaluated using the software “SW-500”. Work pieces exceeding limits can be rejected using an I/O card.

The optional module “SW-Form” calculates roundness and waviness of a part being precisely rotated, important for chatter marks, for example.

Statistical values can be calculated per work piece from the individual measurements. For form and waviness measurements, DIN standardised values such as P+V, FFT orders and FFT amplitudes can be found.
