Automated System for Toothed Racks
The machine checks toothed rack ends after the finishing process over the entire surface along the length of 300 mm in a few seconds. Each rack is loaded manually, then tested fully automatically.

Automated System for Hip Joint Heads
The machine 100% tests artificial hip joint balls following the final finishing process for roughness, defects and shape conformity. Each ball is loaded manually, then tested fully automatically over the entire surface in less than 15 seconds

Automated System for Needle Bearing Races
The machine 100% tests all races in a production line at a line speed of 3 seconds per part. In this time, the race surface is measured at three heights with a chatter mark limit of 0.05 µm. Failing parts are ejected from the line.
